Our collection would not be complete without a series of baroque pewter plates. We have produced plates of various sizes, featuring a rim in true 18th Century style. Each of our Baroque pewter plates is handmade with the utmost care and precision. We know there is some psychological resistance at the thought of eating a meal directly from a pewter plate; yet for more than six hundred years pewter plates have been used on tables throughout Europe, and this is something that everyone should experience. The alloy we use for casting each object is tin, bonded with antimony and copper. The Italian pewter we use meets all EU and US requirements for food safety.
