Description
Our pewter measuring cup with handle (with capacity of 0.2 litre) belongs to a collection composed of five cups, made in increasing scale with capacities ranging from 5 centilitres to 1 litre, and corresponding to the following codes: art.174, art.173, art.172, art.171 e art.170. Checked and stamped every year by the bodies involved in the control of weights and measures, measuring beakers were used to verify the quantity of liquids sold, such as milk or wine. Our pewter measuring cups are inspired by a series of antique originals from Central Italy. The substantially cylindrical shape of these items blends well with any type of furnishing. In keeping with the best tradition of Italian craftsmanship, our pewter drinkware items are created exclusively by hand in our workshop.
