There are things that time cannot change…

…and it is precisely this “philosophy”, aimed to produce timeless high quality pewter products, which led to the establishment of our company in 1970. This required our utmost creative capacity, as well as the expertise and knowledge that have always characterised and distinguished the best of Made in Italy craftsmanship throughout the world.

This set of values gave rise to a collection that was absolutely unique. And this becomes clear when looking at the shapes, details and quality of the 500+ objects that are the result of our creativity, meticulous work and our love for processing a metal that is understated, whilst being fascinating and valuable.

From casting to finishing

Each pewter tableware and drinkware item has been devised by us and gradually developed through the production process, from casting to finishing, exclusively within our workshop in the beautiful medieval town of Bagolino, in Northern Italy. This, jointly with ongoing quality control, contributes to make  pure design and uniformity one of the distinctive features of our collection. Our pewter items are stamped with the GT brand name, which is our guarantee of both high quality alloy and an excellent finish.

Update: from 2019 the production was transferred to the Brescia laboratory and integrated together with the COSI TABELLINI collection.

Exclusively handmade

Each item is processed solely and exclusively by hand, and this translates to a level of production that is inevitably rather limited. While remaining true to our original ideas and classic tastes, over the years we have gradually added pewter gifts & home décor items that could easily adapt to the daily use of a society that has changed in both habits and lifestyle, but not in its sensitivity to beauty.

Timeless charm of Italian Pewter

The Italian pewter from the GT collection blend in with modern decor in a discreet and understated fashion, while emanating a timeless charm.

The alloy we use for casting each object is tin, bonded with antimony and copper. This alloy meets all EU and US requirements for food safety.
